("we", "us", or "our"). We are an Australian-based travel agency specialising in the sale of flights and holiday packages. By accessing or using our services, including making bookings through our website, over the phone, or in-person, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making any travel arrangements.

1. Definitions
Client, You, Your: refers to the person or party booking or using services provided by us.

Services: includes flights, holiday packages, accommodation, tours, insurance, and other travel-related services.

Supplier: refers to third-party airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers.

2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of payment.

A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment (as required) is received.

You must provide accurate personal and travel information at the time of booking.

Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and payment is received.

Final payment is due by the deadline advised at the time of booking.

3. Prices and Inclusions
Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices include only those services listed in your confirmed itinerary or invoice.

Additional costs such as visa fees, airport taxes, local city taxes, and travel insurance are your responsibility unless explicitly stated.

4. Changes and Cancellations
By You:
Any request to change or cancel a booking must be made in writing.

Changes may incur fees imposed by both us and the supplier.

Cancellation fees vary by service and supplier. In many cases, deposits are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellation costs.

By Us or Suppliers:
We reserve the right to cancel or modify your booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

If a supplier cancels your service, we will assist in offering alternatives, but we are not liable for costs beyond those paid to us.

5. Responsibilities and Liabilities
We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers. Your contract is with them.

We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity caused by suppliers or other third parties.

We are not responsible for changes in schedules, overbooking, strikes, force majeure, or any events beyond our control.

It is your responsibility to ensure all travel documents (passports, visas, vaccinations) are valid and up to date.

6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers to protect against unexpected events.

We can offer travel insurance as an optional service or you may choose to arrange your own.

7. Health, Safety, and Entry Requirements
You must comply with all government and health regulations of countries you travel to and from.

You are responsible for meeting entry and exit requirements, including vaccinations, visas, and COVID-19 protocols.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you experience any issues during your trip, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to resolve them.

Any formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of returning from your trip.

Disputes will be handled under the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

9. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your data may be shared with suppliers for the purpose of processing your bookings.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the state of New South Wales.
